Very strong Payments knowledge from a business, operational and technology perspective
Strong knowledge of e2e payment life cycle and workflows
Strong BA skills/experience
Knowledge / experience of payment applications and utilities:
oGPP Global Pay Plus
oMass Payments
Understanding of Payments processing and the various message formats likeSWIFT MT, ISO20022, and EDIFACT.
Understanding of Payments High Value and low value payments system
Working knowledge of US clearing system e.g.FEDWIRE & CHIPS.
Experience of detailed design through production of FRDs (Functional Requirements Definition) and IRDs (Interface Requirements Definition.
Experience in Agile methodologies and artefacts like user story, Kanban board etc
  1. Understanding of the test automation and BDD framework.
  2. Awareness about industry/regulatory changes and the impact thereof
  3. Team player with strong communications skills
Stakeholder management including working with business owners and external stakeholders
Ability to prioritise, understand value and work with the product owner to align project delivery priorities with business priorities
  1. An engineering degree (BE/BTech) from reputed university or equivalent (e.g. BCS, MCS etc.) with first class aggregate
