Experience with Enterprise Content Management Systems such as IBM Content Manager On Demand CMOD
Working knowledge of IBM Support Processes
Strong mainframe and iSeries Skills
Strong database skills DB2 and or Oracle preferred
Working experience Object Access Method OAM helpful

Experience with Easytrieve JCL TWS Endev or Changeman CA7 and Syncsort
Demonstrate a current knowledge of latest DevOps tooling and practices
Experience with Customer Correspondence systems such as Open Text Exstream helpful

Use of Agile and SAFe methodology as well as tools such as JIRA Kanban Boards Confluence and other collaborative workspaces
