CertifiedScrumMaster (CSM) with min 5+ years' experience as aScrumMaster

Proficient with JIRA and its various flow-workflow (creating dependencies, tags, labels)

Strong oral and written communication skills

Should be technically sound to understand & articulate to developers the ask from various stakeholders

Proficient with Excel skills

Organize and facilitate product planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and otherScrum-related ceremonies

Monitor and eliminate conflicts and blockers within the squads
