JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Description
The Business Transformation Manager will be responsible for working closely with all functional areas within the business to identify opportunities to maximize operational leverage, develop a plan of implementation and measure success. This person will be responsible for all aspects of the business transformation projects and will include coordination between different functional areas and technology teams to develop requirements, Communicate strategies and objectives with the business, identify risks and implement a process or system to measure success.  This person will work closely with the business managers and the technology team across the globe will need to have strong communication and analytical skills.
Tasks the candidate would perform would include:
             Run or support workshops, meetings and stakeholder interviews
             Document requirements from the product owner/business lead
             Develop process maps to understand As-Is and To-Be scenarios
             Define current and future operational scenarios (processes, models, use cases, plans and solutions) and works with client using an agreed methodology to ensure proper translation of business requirements to solution requirements
             Help define and drive adoption of key performance indicator (KPI) impact with key client stakeholders
             Work in an Agile, collaborative environments
Qualifications of the candidate should include the following
             Bachelors or Master's degree in Information Systems, Information Management, Operations Management or Business Management
             Highly motivated and Strong communication skills
             Experience with Operational excellence and continuous improvement would be an advantage
             Strong inter personal skills and ability to interact with stake holders at all levels
             Strong analytical and quantitative skills including data analysis
             Team player with ability to work with global cross functional teams at all levels of the organization
             Accustomed to working on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and ability to work under time constraints using time management and organization skills
