Position: BUSINESS ANALYST & Project/Program/Product Manager
Job Description for Position Description: They need to hold the conversation with the business and understand technical nuances. They should be savvy and get their hands dirty Apply Functional expertise in a squad to achieve outcomes for customers and deliver business values Work closely with (or Act as a) Product Owner to create a shared vision & alignment in the squad Help prioritize and set clear business goals and expectations around deliverables for the squad Help squad understand "What" by contributing domain knowledge Help squad understand "How" by translating requirements into technical specs and supporting information Remove obstacles by engaging with stakeholders offline and creating shared understanding of handshakes and interfaces Interact with business stakeholders, perform detailed analysis of requirements and convert them into clear and concise requirements for development team. Write detailed user stories in JIRA, create other artifacts like workflow charts and diagrams, writing solution requirements Specifications in Agile environment Work closely with QA team to review their test cases and assist in UAT with Business stakeholders. Help release cycles by writing detailed release plans followed by well-structured release notes Collaborating with managers or product owners in the business unit to determine systems requirements and functionalities needed in new or revised application. Engage with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Project Manager to prioritize functionality requirements, do feasibility analysis and impact assessment within the existing system Collaborate with other BA/PMS and Quality assurance leads to ensure requirements are as per the details specified for application development. Provide detailed explanation of requirements, technical decisions, business priority changes, and minutes of meetings captured from various meetings at customer location to offshore team daily and ensure development team is up to date on development activities. Finalize acceptance criteria and modify if necessary, after discussion with business analyst. Distribution of development activities in the team and its coordination Coordinating with Quality Assurance team for defect tracking of the developed code and fixing it before pushing it to the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environment. Interact with different downstream teams for identifying the integration issues. Code review meetings and status call for development and delivery progress. Skills Required: This person will be working closely with Senior MDs. Hence 12+ years of Job experience as Business Analyst is required Experience Capital Markets - More towards Investment Banking. Experience on (Investment Products) Sales & Marketing technology & Data related projects would be a plus. Experienced in Agile/Scrum programs Product Master experience would be a plus. Jira skills Work on Agile Platform Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills. Experience on Dashboards like Tableau would be a plus. Experience in playing a proxy role for the product owner or the scrum master role | ||||
