Job Description:
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Actively contribute to software developmentExcellent Expertise in programming languagesJava J2EE, Javascript.
    Full-stack development experience using (Spring framework, node.js, Angular) is required.
    Working knowledge ofREST Web services, SOAP Web services, Spring Boot.
    Working knowledge ofAWS services (EC2, ECS, Lambda, S3, Aurora)is required.
    Design and development ofRDBMS systems using Postgres with SQL, PL/SQL skills.
    Knowledge ofAgile, CI/CD, Dev/Ops practices and tools (Jira, Jenkins).
    KnowledgeAWS Glueis an advantage.
    Demonstrates strong analytical and communication skills.
    Experienced in working with a geographically separated (onshore + offshore) team
    strategy and product roadmap specific to MDM development
  • Drive solution design thought leadership, for a customer centric perspective
  • Ability to understand and translate business requirements into meaningful end to end solutions
  • Lead team in collaborative development of prototypes for demonstration of concepts
  • Understand functional specifications and use case designs.
  • Application Development Responsibilities to support highly complex data, service and application platforms with Enterprise-based emerging big-data technologies
  • Responsible for the development and support of Enterprise Customer Preferences, System Catalog, Individual Identity and other customer aligned profile solutions in support of CRM and other Enterprise strategies
  • Determines user requirement feasibility, supports solution design, project planning, establishes priorities and monitors progress
  • Implements technical changes to improve the team's effectiveness
  • Plan out system enhancement implementation roadmap
  • Resolve conflicting priority among projects and ad-hoc requests
  • Coordinates with team resources to integrate project with other applications and releases and ensure appropriate skillset alignment and staffing
  • Participate in and growing strategic partner relationships to support growing demands on the delivery organization
  • Maintain Industry awareness of trends and products to support Client's position with Customer Master Data Management
  • Guide development resources through migration to Agile development methodologies
