Through understanding of SDLC, STLC methodologies, test
engineering and quality assurance principles
2. Testing experience in agile
3. Ability to influence and provide suggestion to AD and Product
on testing at early phases of the project lifecycle
4. Experience in leading testing for project
5. Strong functional testing and automation skills(Selenium) or
Java experience
6. Excellent communication skills
7. Any prior experience in log analysis/testing/debugging will be big plus
