The skill set required for the AWD expert will need to include:

1. Explicit understanding of the "old way” versus "New way” that AWD is configured.
2. Deep knowledge of the underlying meta structures of AWD.
   1. Demonstrated through some sort of debugging skills or deep analysis in projects where "defects” of AWD were found
   2. Skills in doing the work to configure AWD need to be present in the "old way”
3. An ability to effectively communicate computer science concepts.  Not just how AWD is configured, but be able to describe the internal workings of AWD and how it is constructed

An ability to effectively mentor concepts in AWD into "pseudo code” constructs
