Job Profile Summary:
Participates in the all aspects of the production support process, including monitoring, troubleshooting and testing.
They will also be responsible for creating health check monitors, dashboards, synthetic transactions and mail watcher jobs.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge Unix/Linux commands.
Strong knowledge of AWS and AWS CLI commands.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows functionality (Task Manager, IIS and Service Console).
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in an agile environment with tight deadlines.
Must be a self-starter.
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Five years of related to production support job experience.
Preferences:
Moderate knowledge of JBoss/Wildfly.
Moderate knowledge of Tomcat.
Moderate knowledge of Websphere.
Basic knowledge of Jenkins.
Basic knowledge of the ELK stack (ElasticSearch, Logstash and Kibana).
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
Basic knowledge of Grafana.
Basic knowledge of AppDynamics.
Knowledge of business and technology trends involving production support.
Experience in financial services or insurance industry, including the applicable business and technology processes and
supporting technology architectures
Working Conditions:
Office environment (onshore/offshore).
No travel required.
