Job Description

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in hands on software development
• Minimum 2 years of experience of cloud dev (COS, Kubernetes, Docker, …)
• Prior leadership experience of leading dev squad in an agile environment
• Development Experience with languages including Java, Javascript, Python, Scala , NodeJS
• Strong DevOps experience
• Relational database experience (DB2 preferred)
• Automated testing methodologies
• Dev Tools experience - Git, Jira etc.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis
• Comfortable coding and working in Linux /Unix environments
• Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Proven verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Development experience in Healthcare industry desired, not required
• Ability to work gracefully and effectively in high pressure situations
• Eagerness to learn new things, continually growing and expanding personal abilities
• Works effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, accountable team environment
• Demonstrated working knowledge of relational databases and SQL
• Basic knowledge of technologies used in Distributed Database Systems such as Hadoop, HBase, MapReduce, Spark and Kafka
