Job brief

We are looking for a UX Designer to design software and platforms that meet our client's needs.
You will combine user research, information architecture, interface design, and visual design to
take the product from requirements to developer handoff.
In this role, you should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs
and solve problems. A strong portfolio of successful UX and other technical projects is essential.

Responsibilities

- Understand product specifications and user psychology
- Conduct user research, and client interviews
- Create personas through user research and data
- Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
- Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
- Create compelling visual designs, including the creation of style guides and pattern libraries
- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
- Design mobile-first and responsive solutions that work on mobile, tablet , and desktop

Requirements

- Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio of design projects
- Comfortable working at the client site and leading client meetings
- Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
- Proficient in design software (e.g. Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc)
- Experience in an Agile environment, and handling multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent communication skills
- BSc in Design, or commensurate experience
