Working with Development and Deployment teams for scoping, prioritization, and scheduling of changes to pre-production and production environments Planning and executing major and minor releases, tracking and communicating progress and issues/risks to team leadership

Managing risk that may affect scope, schedule, or production stability Conduct Release Readiness, Milestone, and Release Retrospectives Working with Change Management to ensure development teams complete required release and change deliverables

Working with development teams to ensure SDLC deliverables are completed

Supporting deployments over-night and on weekends (if needed)

Facilitating transition of release contents into Production Support teams Coordinating with other Project Managers, internal and external Stakeholders

Experience

5-7+ years' experience in a Release Management role

ITIL Foundations certification

Intermediate JIRA/Confluence

Strong analytical skills used to identify and resolve problems.

Enterprise, application and cloud infrastructure design experience preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Leadership experience, collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of management and staff.

Financial experience a plus.
