Project Details:
Scrum Master will lead a software development projects, specifically the front end and digital initiatives. Apart from running the scrum ceremonies, scrum master shall provide technical oversight to squad and ensure technical challenges are resolved. Candidate must have experience managing all aspects of the software development lifecycle, as well as agile governance of software project. This role requires working with onshore team. Strong soft skills and the ability to build networks and lead by influence are MUST. Beneath are the key requirements:
· Understands tech stack used for building digital applications, DevOps and different environments application build goes through. Exposure on API integration is must. Experienced in Agile/Scrum/DevOps processes
· Able to blend Scrum, technical practices to come up with the right approach for our teams
· Ability to communicate agile concepts and benefits to the team and stakeholders.
· Ability to facilitate scrum ceremonies, identify epics, create user stories, spikes, understand velocity, burndown metrics, capacity planning, and backlog aging and tracking
· Able to blend Scrum, technical practices to come up with the right approach for our teams
· Encouraging Agile behaviours, reinforcing practices, norms, ceremonies, and supporting the overall Squad performance and effectiveness
· Managing and coordinating logistics for Agile ceremonies and practices, e.g., backlog maintenance, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
· Ensuring all work is tracked in the backlog and properly balanced across team members
· Maintaining and updating the Squad's process metrics and artifacts to ensure accurate and transparent communications to stakeholders
· Driving a collaborative and supportive team culture through team building and engagement practices
