Primary Skill
- Minimum 10-12 years of IT experience
- Minimum 5-7 years of multi-domain MDM (Master Data Management) rollout experience
- Experience in building reference MDM architecture and design
- Hands-on development experience of deterministic and probabilistic matching, consolidation and record survivorship
- Match iteration and tuning experience
- Data modelling experience (Good to have)
- Strong domain knowledge of Healthcare industry
- Very strong customer interaction and communication skill
- Team leading experience
