PROJECT Lead
Location: Smithfield, RI

For front end digital projects, they are looking for Project Leads to drive the team/ PoD of strong young developers/ testers. Team includes hands on developers, who are more productive than seniors. Challenge with current leads is that they are not able to lead the young talent and manage the expectation of business counter parts. Lead Java Full-Stack Engineer / Tech Lead:
6-8 Years (Senior Consultant / Manager Position)
Required Experience
• Build and Design Spring MVC/Spring Boot based JEE applications onto Tomcat or similar App server
• Client side – Design and development using HTML/JS/CSS and Angular V4+ (preferable v6 or v8)
• Building responsive web applications.
• An understanding of the principles of SOA and how to implement such an architecture using Spring WS, Rest patterns, OAuth, Swagger, Apache Camel
• Experience with DevOps workflows and building CI / CD pipeline (creating Jenkins Jobs)
• Demonstrable experience working in a fast-paced agile environment
• Demonstrable experience working on the full development lifecycle of a project.

Additional experience - not required but preferable
• Building automated testing suites using tools such as Selenium and Galen
• Experience with cloud deployment
