The MIM Systems Engineer position provides technical background in supporting Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) expertise and experience. Individual will be responsible for activities such as Installation of MIM tool, Operationalize the server (and ensure it is Up & Running), server integration with HR tool ADP, provide support, implementation, and design services for Microsoft Active Directory and Windows-based systems across the enterprise, including directory and identity management solutions
 
Responsibilities
·  Responsible for the installation, the configuration of internal/external test, and production environments
·  Highly skilled Identity Management architect, developer, and solution provider with experience implementing Identity Management Solutions and experience implementing MS Forefront Identity Manager (FIM) / Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)
·  Knowledge of Active Directory and MS Windows
·  Act as a subject matter expert for directory, authentication, and provisioning services across Active Directory, MIM, SSO, auto-provisioning, or related complex infrastructures
·  Perform the configuration, administration, and management of IAM systems, such as LDAP-related services, across the enterprise.
·  Participate in software and server upgrades for MIM
·  Provide engineering support for complex and recurring incidents related to IAM & MIM platforms, and perform root causes analysis in accordance with SHC policies and standards.
·  Upgrade system software and hardware components as required to meet business needs
·  Excellent documentation and communication skills
Required:
·  Experience working with MIM/ IAM
·  Proficient in Microsoft Office
·  Knowledge of APIs / Web services

  • Knowledge of Microsoft technology such as Server, AD, DNS, Group Policy, and Exchange.
  • Understanding of standard integration protocols
  • Knowledge in administering Active Directory (AD) and GPO's.
  • Working experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Visual Basic Scripting, AND LDAP queries.

Bachelor's degree in a computer science, information technology, computer related discipline or 5 years IT work experience in a global information technology infrastructure environment.
