Preferred Skills/Requirements
·             UI Frameworks and Patterns - Model View/View Model, Model View Controller, Model View Presenter
·             Proficient understanding of front-end technologies and platforms, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
·             Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
·             Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and REST
·             Ability to work on latest front-end UI Framework – React JS.
·             Understanding of agile software engineering processes with unit tests, detailed specs, code documentation, code review, scrum, etc.
·             Ability to adapt and pick up new techniques and technology
·             Familiarity with continuous integration, deployment, and delivery supported by tools such as GitHub, SVN
Responsibilities:
·             10 years / above of overall technical experience with hands-on experience in UI development / and testing
·             Lead and direct UI team of user experience designers, UI software engineers and graphic designers.
·             Collaborate with clients, product management as well as UI team.
·             Design entire technical architecture of UI portal framework along with pluggable modules.
·             Ensure to guide process and technology adoption to assure apt QA testing of User Interfaces application.
·             Work closely with product to define and implement and improve user experience.
·             Overall, will be responsible for working closely with product and stakeholders, participating in design sessions, leading and mentoring team members to ensure that they follow best practices and guidelines, and working with QA to assure top quality deliverables on-time.
