Mandatory technical skill :
  1. Oracle database 11.2 and above.
  2. ODI,
  3. PL/ SQL
  4. Java
  5. Should have good coordination experience to lead at a team at client location.

Mandatory Certifications required :
  1. PMP
  2. Oracle
  3. Java

Leading and coordination skills:
  1. Manage different client team and gather the requirements.
  2. Able to do the impact assessment and the effort estimation for the change items.
  3. Coordinate releases with other Towers and create the design for the impacted release items.
  4. Plan the release as per release calendars and get the work done from offshore.
  5. Understand Production support challenges and able to meet SLA for incident Management.
  6. Able to manage a team of 10 offshore team and resolve technical queries.
  7. Able to identify the repeated issues and plan for permanent fixes in Production.

Communication and Management skills.
  1. Excellent communication skill as an onsite coordinator.
  2. Should have more than 15 years of exp and round 5+ years of exp at Onsite.
  3. Able to manage client, offshore and onsite team.
  4. Should have Planning, execution and release experiences
