  • Deep understanding of IT methodologies and Finance and Accounting processes necessary
  • Maintains a current awareness of Finance and HR practices and trends and how they can affect the organization
  • Maintains level of service standards and operating policies/procedures for availability of the overall system as well as agreed with business groups
  • Conducts performance reviews, and holds employees accountable for optimal performance of their responsibilities
  • Participate with IT leadership to coordinate and share Cybersecurity responsibilities
  • Able to establish and assure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and business activities
