Band Level: B35 (10 years of experience) – majority of hiring needs to be here
Band Level: B30 (4-5 years of solid experience, with a stellar resume)

The 2 categories are:
1.Core Java
a.Key area: core java, spring, microservices, docker
2.Front End Java
a.Key area: javascript, react.js, css

Easy Process:
