Required Skills:
General
•             5- 8  years of extensive experience working with Business Intelligence/data visualization tools
•             Experience with Tableau Visualization Tool is Mandatory & SSRS knowledge is desirable
•             Experience in authoring & publishing visualizations in a cloud environment
•             Willingness to learn and to innovate
Data Management
•             Identify and document required sources of data
•             Good in writing medium to complex SQL queries on any database, preferably SQL Server
•             Good understanding of database modeling and development, query optimization and tuning.
•             Develop extract & storage plans/solutions (eg: use views/datasets vs Viz tool's memory)
•             Establish data refresh schedule
Dashboard Development
•             Draft initial mock-ups and get business buy-in
•             Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau based on approved mock-ups. Should have excellent communication skills as he/she will be interacting with the business.
•             Candidate should have good business acumen to identify & understand the Key Metrics/KPIs that are critical to business and should know how to pull the needed data.
•             Implement agreed upon distribution pattern/schedule (downloadable reports, email attachments, links to live report etc)
