Job Description:

Required Skills

• Highly technical and hands on job experience in AWS design, implementation, management and support of complex application architectures
• Disaster Recovery, High Availability, Load balancers, Fail Over and Redundancy.
• Networking, availability zones, security groups, VPC, firewalls, multi regions - backup system, Monitoring using cloud watch, Cloud Config, alerts and application logs within AWS
• Programming experience using general programming using web Services, API, REST protocols, RDBMS and No-SQL.
• Experience with RDS on SQL Server, MySQL, AG link, Experience with connecting On-Prem DB to Cloud RDS and data retention and storage
• Creating new VMs, AMI, templates, Security Agents on AMIs
• Managing apps like AppDynamics, Tenable , Nessus, Anti-Virus, automated deployment tools, user security & distribution groups
• Infrastructure Platforms to include Windows Server 2008/2012/2016. Linux Server (Red Hat, Ubuntu, Centos), Windows System Update Services management, Active Directory
• DevOps (CI/CD), deployment checklists, strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Fluent knowledge of AWS cloud services and technical expertise of the AWS platform

Certification

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or higher

Additional Responsibilities for Leads

• Architecting high scalable, high available solutions for on AWS
• Manage multiple tracks and tasks effectively
• Manage technical teams, on-schedule delivery & client engagement for all work streams
• Requirement clarifications, sign-offs and client approvals
• Delivery support for offshore/onsite Lead and Enterprise Architect
• Responsible for competency development of engineers
