Detail Requirement:
Bachelor's degree and 10-12 years of equivalent experience in Business Analyst role
Experience with State Reporting/Billing/etc.
MS Office (Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint & Project)
Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, and have a strong professional presence
Strong analytical, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills at both the strategic and tactical level
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task
Excellent Soft skills.
Excellent BSA skills.
Preferred Experience with Medicare Medicaid Medigap FIDE SNP and supplemental products.
Working experience with CMS guideline driven projects.
Knowledge of HEDIS guidelines and requirements.
Knowledge of products reported in HEDIS.
Clinical/Healthcare/EHR experience a plus |
