Industry Experience: Deep experience in one or more of the following industries: Life Insurance, Property & Casualty Insurance - Implementation Experience: Experience in the technology implementation of automation projects including: ¿ Solutions design ¿ Customer journey ¿ Requirements analysis ¿ Testing management ¿ Experience with configurable technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Appian, ServiceNow, Pega) - Communication Skills: Experience in interfacing with various client stakeholders and be able to clearly communicate project needs/blockers. Can work under pressure environment and tight deadlines. - Education Background: Preference for background in engineering, computer science and other sciences degrees Insurance domain experience and good communication skills are mandatory | ||||
