JOB TITLE: Application Developer - Java

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Java developer, responsible for coding, programming, testing, and analyzing application software. Acquire understanding of internal business processes and functions and support existing business systems applications. Work with a business analyst to identify business requirements and to confirm appropriate technical solutions. Design and document moderately complex technical requirements for business applications. Determine and document complex software or system functional specifications.

TECHNICAL/BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE:
· Must possess Java / C# Development knowledge.
· Skills in Oracle/SQL server and knowledge of Unix/Windows OS Platforms are a plus.
· Must possess a good understanding of the basic internal business processes or functions individual is supporting.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related studies, or equivalent experience. 1-2 year of related IT experience.
