- Leverage the Data available to oversee and manage the benefits and complexity research for new automation opportunities; working with the Sr. Business Automation Analyst and Business Process Unit Owner.
- Quantify and create baseline for new initiatives.
- Field data requests from the product team and the development team
- Work with the business analyst to define automation value realization requirements embedded in the solution design
- Work with business stakeholders and analytics team to build customized reports to measure automation value
- Measure effectiveness of automation and creates management reports; utilize data findings to educate key stakeholders on trends and strategic implication
