L2 Associate Systems Engineer
Responsibilities:
· Level 2 troubleshooting and resolution of system problems. · Working knowledge of performance monitoring, etc. Possess the verbal and written skill need to making recommendations based on results. · Attention to detail while following approved change management procedures. · Presenting customers with recommendations regarding hardware and systems software. · Installing hardware and software, maintaining appropriate maintenance levels and tuning. · Evaluating, recommending, installing and configuring hardware and software to meet customer requirements · Responding to outages both during normal business hours and in an after-hours, on-call rotation. · Willingness to coordinate and interfacing with outside vendors, end users, and international team members, and service providers to resolve issues. · Pro-active, hands-on, self-starter a must. · Willingness to thrive and succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic 24X7X365 managed services environment. · Ability to identify and implement standardized processes across the operating environment. · Basic knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting, service contract management, and issue resolution. · Producing documentation for use in configuration, repair and troubleshooting of hardware, software and network operating systems. · Expertise in Windows operating system, IIS, SSL, AD · Basic understanding of Virtualization (VMware, Citrix and Windows RDS), Required Skills: · Basic understanding of public, private and hybrid cloud solutions. · Basic understanding of automation using DevOps tools. · Basic understanding of using PowerShell and scripting. · Expertise in Windows operating system, IIS, SSL, AD · Basic understanding of Virtualization (VMware, Citrix and Windows RDS), Nice to Have Skills
