Data Lead
Development work for company's Data Management Solutions
The BW Data team manages the Data requirements for Corporate needs (Finance, HR, Recruiting, Legal and other Corporate needs) and distributes it other part of org including the Trading and Asset Management (called Investment Engine).
BW also has Data Science team that is working on the next gen AI software to automate their internal decision making process. I have already positioned ShareInsights platform and they're open to discussing it further.
• Manage and execute corporate data solution delivery projects from design through implementation
• Visualize and build technical designs and proof of concepts in line with business requirements
• Synthesize goals to outcomes at the project level and provide updates to Solution Delivery Lead
• Be a technology thought partner for the Solution Delivery lead on the execution and evolution of the Solution Delivery pillar
• Keep abreast with industry trends and leverage expertise to influence the adoption of new technologies in the data management area
• Accurately perceive, understand, and solve problems
• Be open to providing and receiving honest feedback on a daily basis, consistent with Bridgewater culture

Data Architecture, ETL, Data Integration, Data Governance, Data Quality and Business Intelligence
• 10+ years of strong implementation experience managing and delivering complex data initiatives and deep technical knowledge in the following areas: Data Architecture, ETL, Data Integration, Data Governance, Data Quality and Business Intelligence
• Experience with the methodology and conceptualization, design and hands-on implementations of new and existing systems, MDM, metadata, data quality, data warehouse and production architectures
• In depth experience and knowledge in ETL / ELT, performance tuning and designing optimized integration systems is required
• In depth experience in running data initiatives using agile methodology
• Hands on experience with Relational databases, Integration Platforms (such as Informatic), BI Tools(Tableau), CICD Tools, Code Repositories, Work Load Automation Tools
• Sustained track record of delivering impact in a high-intensity, results-oriented environment
• Collaborative team player able to give / receive open and direct feedback
• Bachelor's degree in a technology or business discipline
