Skills Required:
- Strong experience in healthcare or healthcare technology industry is REQUIRED!
- MUST HAVE Health Care data integration project experience
- Client-facing presence and experience interacting with multiple levels within an organization is a benefit
- Experience managing projects with competing priorities, while monitoring and reporting progress
- Strong technical and analytical aptitude including ability to understand software configuration and data structures
- Knowledge of clinical information systems/EMRs
- Knowledge of quality and clinical measures and specifications a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Role/Responsibilities:
- Successfully lead validation ensuring that timelines are met and client expectations are exceeded;
- Perform due diligence to gain understanding of client's organization and workflow;
- May participate in client discovery sessions aimed at understanding key staff workflows related to scheduling, billing, and/or coding;
- Adhere to project scope and timelines working in coordination with client and internal services teams;
- Adhere to implementation process while tailoring test plans to client use cases and configurations;
- Lead validation worksessions, sometimes on-site with the client;
- Demonstrate strong competency across the product suite and in providing best practice configuration recommendations or adjustments;
- Document outcome of validation and testing efforts;
- Identify validation risks, root cause, and related mitigations;
- Track and manage validation issues to resolution;
- Partner with Data Integration, Standardization, and Configuration teams to resolve issues with client products/results;
- Support the development of tools, processes, and procedures that radically reduce customer implementation cycle time and eliminate opportunities for deployment defects.
- Travel of 10% is expected.
