Candidate should have knowledge of the trade flow process, i.e. order generation, trading and settlements.
Strong knowledge of Charles River will be required, with extensive experience in Configuring the manager workbench, blotter, Groups and User privileges, commission and fees, etc.
Good communication skill, i.e. able to assist the users in articulating their business requirements, helping them defines their objectives. Able to document business and function requirements.
Excellent interaction with Front Office users like Portfolio Managers and traders. Candidates must have exceptional communication skills, the ability to work directly with various business teams, display creative problem solving skills and the desire to work independently as well as in a team setting.
Understanding of software product development lifecycle
Strong individual contributor with high motivation, and the ability to take initiative, set priorities and perform tasks with minimal guidance
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, ability to work with many internal and external parties
Background in portfolio management and trading system applications a strong plus
