Identify product development opportunities, and apply both internal and external learning's to deliver actionable strategies and tactics to improve retention, profitability and drive deeper customer relationships
Work with finance, marketing, technology, channels and other key business partners to drive strategy, forecasting, and deliver on key initiatives. Help inform forecasts and build business cases.
Build and encourage customer-driven environment through investing time in customer-facing activities to understand their needs and ensures customer-facing perspective is an input into business decisions and initiatives
Analyze effectiveness of existing products in meeting customer needs.
Stay abreast of market trends and changes including evaluation of competitive offerings and customer / market needs.
Recommend new products / enhancements / processes / pricing; build consensus in the organization; make solid business case to senior management.
Implement new products / enhancements / processes / pricing and coordinate with retail, call center, operations, risk, legal, compliance, technology, training and other internal groups as needed to ensure smooth introduction and organization alignment.
Strategize with other product owners, business analysts and technical engineers to produce user requirements.
