DIGITAL PRODUCT MANAGE

Responsibilities:
  • Identify product development opportunities, and apply both internal and external learning's to deliver actionable strategies and tactics to improve retention, profitability and drive deeper customer relationships
  • Work with finance, marketing, technology, channels and other key business partners to drive strategy, forecasting, and deliver on key initiatives. Help inform forecasts and build business cases.
  • Build and encourage customer-driven environment through investing time in customer-facing activities to understand their needs and ensures customer-facing perspective is an input into business decisions and initiatives
  • Analyze effectiveness of existing products in meeting customer needs.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and changes including evaluation of competitive offerings and customer / market needs.
  • Recommend new products / enhancements / processes / pricing; build consensus in the organization; make solid business case to senior management.
  • Implement new products / enhancements / processes / pricing and coordinate with retail, call center, operations, risk, legal, compliance, technology, training and other internal groups as needed to ensure smooth introduction and organization alignment.
  • Strategize with other product owners, business analysts and technical engineers to produce user requirements.
