.  The position is for a Service Now Developer.   Most candidates have both development and administration.  What they are looking for is someone that is 80/20 or 90/10 with the higher percentage as a developer.  
They are using versions Kingston, Jakarta and modules CBDP APPM PPM 
 it is a face to face interview.  
I will speak to them, than Tom, then someone from MTA than if all goes well a face to face.   The selling point with MTA is that all contracts are 1 year that keeps getting extended.  Very long long term.  
Location Broadway, NYC.     Since MTA involves a ton of paperwork the start time once offered the role could be 4-5 weeks. 

The Enterprise Applications Web and Digital group is requesting a consultant with 10+ years of experience in web based development languages and 4+ years of Development/Configuration/deployment experience in ServiceNow Platform.
MTA-IT plans to fully implement ServiceNow, a cloud-based software as a service
(SaaS) IT service support management (ITSSM) system starting in 2016 and continuing into
2017. MTA-IT will use ServiceNow to manage IT service delivery across the MTA. The system
will be the primary tool to control, track, and manage the services provided to the MTA-IT's
customers and its ~70,000 users. The system will also be the primary system to control and
manage the MTA's IT hardware, software, and communications assets
  • Development/Configuration/deployment experience in ServiceNow Platform.
  • Experience administering, configuring, developing, and customizing ServiceNow and related integrations
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow components such as Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management, PPM, Asset Management, Discovery, Knowledge, CMDB, etc.
  • Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery, Service Watch, Orchestration, Performance Analytics
  • Orchestration experience and hands on with report generating using ServiceNow data
  • Familiar with ServiceNow scripting and security best practices
  • Experience with integration with multiple LDAP, SSO, SCCM, SCOM, SMS Integration and other Infrastructure tools
  • Knowledge of ITIL principles and experience applying ITIL guidance to IT service
  • Experience with technical ServiceNow components such as: business rules, client scripts, UI policies and actions, UI pages and macros, script includes, catalog items, workflows, web services, reports, etc.
  • Experience in the following areas: Workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Scripts, ServicePortal, API WebHooks
  • Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Experience with working or developing in the following programming languages: HTML or HTML 5, CSS3, JavaScript, JavaScript API, Client and Server-side Scripting, ServiceNow API's, Web Services
  • Proficiency with HTML, JavaScript-Angular JS, XML, AJAX, Jelly, CSS, SOAP, REST etc.
  • Development experience in various frameworks (AngularJS, Bootstrap, JQuery, Spring MVC, etc.)
  • Experience with software performance analysis and code optimization
  • Experience in Mobile Web application development (e.g. HTML 5/JavaScript/CSS3) is a plus
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow components such as Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management, Asset Management, PPM, Discovery, Knowledge, CMDB, etc.
  • Development/Configuration/deployment experience in ServiceNow Platform.
  • Experience administering, configuring, developing, and customizing ServiceNow and related integrations
  • Must have service now customization experience 
  • Responsibilities will range from requirements gathering, development (including customization), test, deploy and maintenance of ServiceNow
  • Develop clear and concise technical documentation
  • Develop systems integrations
  • Strong ability and enthusiasm to learn new technologies in a short time
  • Ability to deliver multiple simultaneous projects on time
