Digital Analytics Consultant

Job Responsibility: This position will be intimately involved in shaping our new platform we are building for higher education and decisions around the digital customer by leveraging data spanning multiple platforms to deliver a clear, concise, and data driven insights that lead to meaningful action.
  • Define a strategy and deliverables plan for new platform development which includes
o Keyword strategies for optimal on-site performance
o Detailed site analysis and technical recommendations
o Detailed content recommendations
o Comprehensive linking strategy
o Work closely with other internal departments to develop fully integrated search campaigns
  • Think creatively and develop innovative tactics to improve efficiencies or drive more traffic to new platform.
  • Analyze the metrics in Google Analytics and Snowplow and provide recommendations to IT team for better site performance
  • Analyze the metrics with Optimizely and provide recommendations to improve sales

Required Experience/Skillsets:
  • A minimum of 10 years of Digital Analytics experience
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience working in an online retail environment
  • Perceived as a Subject Matter Expert in Google Analytics
  • Knowledge in snowplow analytics is big plus
  • Experience in analyzing A/B testing tools like Optimizely
  • Extensive analytics background with solid understanding of website best practices, ecommerce and digital marketing principles, measurements, and consumer behavior.
