PM/JAVA Experience in Core-java and J2EE
·         Using MVC Frameworks, Spring, Hibernate
·         Strong understanding in Relational database concepts
·         Good knowledge of SQL
·         Experience with Maven, GIT, html, jsp, css, javascript
·         Experience working in a Linux environment and open source libraries
·         Understanding of financial industry concepts is a plus
·         Agile/lean software development techniques and supporting tools like JIRA
·         Strong written and verbal communication skills
 
Leadership Responsibilities:
·         A single point person, owner on Delivery of the Tracks and linking between the team & management
·         Person should encourage best practices, optimizations & make sure coding standards are adhered.
·         Prepare and help team to prepare the design; should have a very good understanding of the Program Technical Architecture.
·         Conduct peer review and provide feedback. Constantly have performance assessment for his team to ensure Team health and continuity on their core responsibilities.
·         Should have worked in some capacity in respective domains as a Technical lead – Capital Market with Trade LifeCycle experience
·         Drive daily team meetings (RCA,Incidents, Project status) and related reports
·         Ensure team follows standards & procedures defined in conjunction with CME
·         Ensure team uses agreed tools for accurate management & reporting of activities (e.g. Jira).
·         Manage allocation of L2/L3 and project activities to team
·         Work with Service Delivery team on  Project plans and resource allocations and provide exec overviews as required.
·         Monitor and drive team training - Mentoring and track specific training
·         Ensure workload distribution meets activity prioritization
·         Own Onsite Teams Capacity Management (Shifts, Vacation) and Shift Governance
·         Provide updates to Knowledge Manager on Run-Books / SOP/ KB (reviews, updates, team understanding) applicable for the day-to-day activities
·         Drive / monitor all ticket processes to prevent SLA/KPI breach
·         Work with on Incident Manager on Critical P1/P2 escalations
·         SPOC for all team compliance issues
·         Assist as needed for all tier tech support and ticket management
·         Provide daily/weekly and monthly updates for governance reports.
·         Conduct periodic review of project-related risk, according to the Project Communication Plan and escalate as required
