Job description: (Location is Frisco,TX) 

Case Manager Lead Developer 
Skills: 
• Excellent understanding about IBM Case Manager architecture. 
• Good experience with Case Builder artifacts, external documents, Case Task and process fragments, security.
• Experience in installation and upgrade, migration of Case Manager suite for single server and clusters. 
• Good experience in configuration and administration using CMAC, config tool, start and stop system, setting up project areas and target environments, security and SSO. 
• Experience in performance tuning case manager applications. 
• Experience in IBM FileNet Content Manager and IBM FileNet Case foundation product suite. 
• Experience with integration of IBM forms, custom widgets, Cognos RTM, Operational Decision Manager, IBM Business Process Manager. 
• Experience in developing custom widgets and ICN Plugins. 
• Hands on experience with solution migration, modifying target environments, setting up security in target environments. 
• Experience with troubleshooting Case Manager installation, Case Manager client, Case Manager builder and Case Manager administration client 
• Experience in building custom application in REST service and JavaScript API's. 
• Knowledge about mobile integration. 
• Experience in Agile Scrum Delivery. 
• Experience in Java/J2EE preferred 
• Excellent good communication skills and interpersonal skills. 
• Excellent problem solving skills. 


Roles and Responsibilities 
• Co-ordinates with the business teams to gather requirements, meet tollgates. 
• Co-ordinates with the offshore teams and business analysts. 
• Work in an agile as well as waterfall environments, attend agile ceremonies. 
• Co-ordinate with the QA teams and consolidate/report testing outcomes. 
• Work with the architecture teams to suggest improvements to case manager architectures. 
• Partner with key stakeholders and teams across the organizations. 
• Mentoring other developers and team members. 
• Should be able to lead other developers. 
• Should be able to help in capacity planning. 
• Being able to provide 4th level production support when needed
