Role Description:

Client is looking for a candidate to drive analysis and support the implementation of the Intelligence Sharing Framework ("ISF"). The role spans end-to-end business analysis—from requirements felicitation and process design to production readiness—ensuring controls, and policy-to-procedure alignment meet global regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities

· Requirements & Analysis

· Create business requirements for implementation (including process-related and tech/data-related requirements) based on the ISF.

· Define data needs for investigations

· Process Design & Controls

· Map current-state processes (and design target-state workflows with clear SLAs, hand-offs and audit trails.

· Assist the Businesses/Risk Functions in updating/creating procedures/processes for ISF implementation.

· Delivery & Assurance

· Support operational readiness—training materials, run-books, cutover checklists, and go-live support.

· Track outcomes via MI/Reporting; prepare packs for ORCs/FC committees; contribute to continuous improvement and model tuning feedback loops.

· Stakeholder Management

o ISF leads, FC Ops, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Product, and Technology stakeholders.

o Facilitate workshops, backlog refinement, sprint ceremonies; manage dependencies and clear impediments.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Domain Expertise: AML/CTF, KYC/CDD/EDD, SAR/STR processes, typology analysis, escalation frameworks.

• BA Core: BRD/FRD, user stories, process mapping (BPMN), acceptance criteria, UAT planning, traceability, change control.

• Data & Reporting: Understanding or ability to work with SQL/basic queries, data dictionaries, and define MI/reporting.

• Ways of Working: Agile/Scrum, JIRA/Confluence, workshop facilitation, stakeholder communication.

• Communication: Clear, concise, and structured documentation; strong business writing for policy/procedure and regulator-facing materials.
