Job Summary:
  • We are seeking an experienced Debt Manager Developer to design, develop, enhance, and support debt collection and recovery solutions using the Debt Manager platform. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to implement scalable and compliant collections processes while integrating Debt Manager with enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, configure, and customize Debt Manager solutions.
  • Build and maintain workflows, business rules, correspondence templates, and collection strategies.
  • Develop integrations with CRM, ERP, payment gateways, core banking systems, and external agencies.
  • Configure debtor management, payment plans, settlements, and collections processes.
  • Develop APIs, batch jobs, and automated processes.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and data privacy requirements.
  • Create technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders.

Required Skills:
  • Strong experience with Debt Manager platform implementation and customization.
  • Experience in debt collection, recoveries, receivables management, or financial services.
Proficiency in:
  • SQL
  • REST/SOAP APIs
  • Java/.NET (depending on implementation ecosystem)
  • XML/JSON
  • Experience with workflow configuration and business rule implementation.
  • Knowledge of integration patterns and middleware technologies.
  • Understanding of collections lifecycle and debt recovery processes.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Banking or financial services domain experience.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • DevOps and CI/CD experience.
  • Exposure to Salesforce, Pega, Appian, or CRM platforms.
  • Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Relevant Debt Manager certifications preferred.
