Technical Project Manager

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the endtoend
delivery of a fixedbid, milestonedriven project under a Master Services Agreement
(MSA). This role requires strong ownership of scope, schedule, risks, and client
communication, combined with the ability to work closely with architects, tech leads,
engineering teams, and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
The ideal candidate has deep experience managing complex technology projects,
preferably involving AI/ML, Salesforce, cloud-native systems, or workflow
automation, and understands the rigor required to deliver within fixedbid constraints.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Execution
 Own endtoend delivery of the fixedbid project, ensuring all milestones,
deliverables, and acceptance criteria are met as per the SOW/MSA.
 Drive project planning, sprint execution, backlog management, and release
coordination across engineering, QA, architecture, and client teams.
 Maintain strict control over scope, change requests, dependencies, and
delivery risks to protect project margins and timelines.
 Ensure all deliverables meet quality, compliance, and documentation
standards defined in the SOW.
Client & Stakeholder Management
 Act as the primary point of contact for the client for delivery, status, risks, and
escalations.
 Conduct weekly status meetings, milestone reviews, and executive updates.
 Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment between business,
technical, and delivery teams.
 Drive UAT planning, coordination, and signoff with client teams.
Technical Leadership & Coordination
 Work closely with the Solution Architect, Tech Lead, and Engineering
Leads to translate requirements into actionable plans.
 Understand technical architecture, integration patterns, and dependencies to
proactively identify risks and blockers.

 Coordinate cross-functional teams across AI/ML, backend, SFMC, DSL, QA,
DevOps, and cloud.
 Ensure engineering teams have clarity on requirements, priorities, and
acceptance criteria.
Risk, Compliance & Governance
 Maintain a risk register, mitigation plans, and delivery governance artifacts.
 Ensure compliance with the MSA, SOW, SLAs, and change control
processes.
 Drive internal governance reviews, including RAID logs, burn-down tracking,
and milestone health checks.
 Manage dependencies, third-party integrations, and cross-team alignment.
Process & Delivery Excellence
 Implement delivery best practices: Agile/Scrum, hybrid models, documentation
standards, and DevOps alignment.
 Ensure teams follow SDLC, QA, security, and release management processes.
 Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency across the delivery
lifecycle.
Required Skills & Experience
 10+ years of IT project management experience, with 5+ years managing
fixedbid or outcomebased projects.
 Proven experience delivering complex technical projects involving cloud,
AI/ML, Salesforce, or workflow automation.
 Strong understanding of software engineering processes, architecture
fundamentals, and integration patterns.
 Experience working with cross-functional teams including architects,
developers, QA, DevOps, and data/AI teams.
 Excellent skills in project planning, sprint management, RAID tracking, and
stakeholder communication.
 Strong command of SOW/MSA interpretation, scope control, and change
management.
 Experience with Agile/Scrum, JIRA, Confluence, and project reporting tools.

 Exceptional communication, negotiation, and clientfacing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
 Experience delivering projects involving Salesforce (SFMC, Sales/Service
Cloud), AI/ML, or DSL-driven automation.
 PMP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent certifications.
 Background in IT services, consulting, or multi-vendor delivery environments.
 Experience managing distributed teams across onshore/offshore models.
