- Drive project execution by coordinating with cross-functional teams including business, technology, QA, infrastructure, vendors, and client stakeholders.
- Manage delivery governance activities including status reporting, risk management, issue resolution, change management, and escalation handling.
- Oversee implementation of payment platforms, payment processing systems, transaction workflows, and related financial applications.
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions while maintaining compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Monitor project performance, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
- Facilitate project meetings, steering committee reviews, and stakeholder communication to provide transparency on project health and progress.
- Identify project risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delivery impact.
- Support Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies based on project requirements.
- Collaborate with business and technical leadership teams to improve implementation processes and delivery efficiency.
- Ensure successful production deployment, post-implementation support, and transition to operations teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in Project Management and Delivery Management within the Payments domain.
- Hands-on experience in project planning, implementation management, and delivery governance.
- Strong understanding of payment systems, payment processing workflows, banking transactions, and financial services environments.
- Experience managing large-scale enterprise implementations and client-facing delivery programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Experience with risk management, issue tracking, resource planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or related project management certifications are preferred.
