Job Title: ServiceNow Tester

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented ServiceNow Tester to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of ServiceNow applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in manual and automated testing within the ServiceNow platform, with a strong understanding of ITSM processes and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual and automated testing of ServiceNow applications and modules
• Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scripts, and test plans
• Work with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, Incident, Change, and Service Catalog
• Execute Automated Test Framework (ATF) scripts for regression and functional testing
• Validate REST APIs, integrations, and web services within ServiceNow
• Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA / Azure DevOps / ALM
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
• Perform integration, system, UAT, and regression testing
• Ensure compliance with SDLC and QA best practices
• Support deployment and post-production validation activities

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform testing
• Strong knowledge of ITSM / ITIL processes
• Experience in manual and automation testing
• Familiarity with ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework)
• Experience testing REST APIs and integrations
• Knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps)
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
