Job Description:
  • We are looking for a detail-oriented Salesforce Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in manual and automation testing within Salesforce environments, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing on Salesforce applications
  • Design, develop, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts
  • Validate Salesforce configurations including workflows, validation rules, Apex, and Lightning components
  • Conduct API testing using tools like Postman or SOAP UI
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium, TestNG, or similar frameworks
  • Collaborate with developers, admins, and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure quality delivery
  • Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Ensure data integrity and validate data migration and integration processes

Required Skills:
  • Strong experience in Salesforce (SFDC) testing
  • Experience in manual and automation testing
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium / TestNG / Cucumber (BDD)
  • Good understanding of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning (LWC/Aura)
  • Experience with API Testing (REST/SOAP)
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and QA processes (SDLC/STLC)
  • Experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA, ALM, etc.)
