Job Title: ServiceNow Tester

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Tester with strong experience in testing ServiceNow applications and modules. The ideal candidate should be local to Ohio and available for onsite work from Day 1.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing on ServiceNow platform
• Validate configurations and customizations in ServiceNow modules like:
  • ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change)
  • Service Catalog
• Develop and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders
• Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA or ServiceNow
• Ensure data integrity and system performance
• Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) support

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of QA/Testing experience
• 2+ years of ServiceNow testing experience
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM module
• Experience with manual testing (automation is a plus)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
• Good understanding of SDLC and STLC
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework)
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript
• Experience with API testing (Postman/REST)
• ServiceNow certification is a plus
