Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce Integration Developer to build and scale a Salesforce-based orchestration layer supporting lead management, data normalization, and integration with external AI and enrichment platforms.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flows, and LWC
• Design and implement integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks)
• Build and execute data orchestration and normalization logic
• Support lead lifecycle workflows including ingestion, scoring, routing, and conversion
• Translate architecture and data governance requirements into scalable solutions
• Ensure data quality and system reliability

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in Salesforce Development (Apex, Flows, LWC)
• Proven experience in Salesforce integrations with external platforms
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, automation workflows)
• Strong understanding of Lead Lifecycle Management in Salesforce
• Solid problem-solving and debugging skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data engineering concepts (ETL, data modeling)
• Familiarity with GTM tools (e.g., Outreach, enrichment platforms)
• Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
