💼 Job Description:

We are seeking a Front Office-facing Business Analyst (BA) with strong experience in CRM / Salesforce or Investment Banking domain. The ideal candidate will work closely with front office stakeholders, including sales, trading, and client management teams, to gather requirements and deliver high-impact solutions.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Work closely with front office users (Sales, Traders, Relationship Managers)
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
• Support implementation of CRM / Salesforce solutions
• Participate in UAT, data validation, and process improvements
• Ensure alignment with investment banking workflows and systems

🧠 Required Skills:

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong Front Office experience in Investment Banking
• Experience with CRM tools or Salesforce
• Excellent requirement gathering and stakeholder management skills
• Strong understanding of capital markets / investment banking processes
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environment
• Strong communication and documentation skills
