Pega Lead Business Architect (LBA)

Experience Required:
  • 12+ years of overall IT experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Insurance domain on Pega projects
  • Pega CBA or CDA certification is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage DCO sessions with business SMEs
  • Understand business problems and provide optimal Pega-based solutions
  • Guide stakeholders on leveraging Pega out-of-the-box features and avoid unnecessary customizations
  • Facilitate requirement elaboration sessions and create wireframes/prototypes
  • Ensure alignment between business requirements and implementation approach
  • Coordinate with client and offshore teams for smooth delivery
  • Drive requirement clarity in initial discussions to minimize rework
Required Skills (Essential):
  • Strong experience in Pega Designer Studio, workflows, and UI/UX understanding
  • Low-code / no-customization mindset
  • Experience in process improvement, KPIs, and end-user value measurement
  • Hands-on with Pega reporting and dashboard features
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills
