Quantitative UX Researcher (Quant UXR)
Role Summary
We're looking for a Quantitative UX Researcher to drive data‐informed product decisions by designing, executing, and interpreting quantitative research. You'll partner closely with Product, Design, Analytics, and Engineering to evaluate experiences at scale, reduce risk, and improve outcomes across end‐to‐end digital journeys.
The ideal candidate is fluent in experimentation, survey design, and behavioral data , and can translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights that teams can confidently build from.
What You'll Do
- Lead live experimentation (A/B & Multi Variate) to validate UX changes and quantify impact on key outcomes (e.g., conversion, comprehension, engagement).
- Design and analyze intercept tests and surveys to measure user perception, clarity, and decision confidence.
- Leverage user session replay (Glassbox, Fullstory) to identify friction points and explain "what happened” and "where.”
- Define hypotheses, success metrics, and measurement plans in partnership with cross‐functional teams.
- Communicate results through concise narratives, visuals, and recommendations that drive decisions and prioritization.
- Collaborate with Qual UXR to connect what users do (behavioral data) with what users say (attitudinal data).
Must Have
- 3+ years in a quantitative UX research (or closely related) role.
- Hands‐on experience running live A/B & multivariate testing using Adobe Target .
- Experience analyzing session replay tools (e.g., Glassbox , FullStory ).
- Experience conducting intercept testing and surveys in Qualtrics .
- Strong communication skills and a proven track record partnering with Qual UXR to connect behavioral + attitudinal insights.
- Working proficiency with analytics/experimentation toolsets such as SQL , R/Python , Excel , Table au , and common product analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude/GA/Optimizely/ UserZoom/Qualtrics).
Nice to Have
- Experience in a highly regulated industry (e.g., financial services, healthcare).
- Experience leveraging advanced statistical methods like MaxDiff, Conjoint Analysis, clustering
- Experience leveraging AI to streamline research process and analysis
- Advanced degree in analytics , data science , human factors , information design , or a related field.
