Responsibilities
  • Map current state processes and workflows with the goal to redesign processes
  • Apply process definition, improvement, and redesign methodologies to identify opportunities for human‐led, AI‐assisted, or automated workflows that improve quality, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
  • Consolidate process improvement data and AI performance metrics to measure outcomes, track adoption, and demonstrate realized value.
  • Develop documentation—including process maps, requirements, and gap analyses—that clearly articulates current‐state processes and AI‐enabled future‐state designs.
  • Partner with stakeholders to support responsible adoption of AI‐enabled processes, including training, change management, and sustainment activities.
Qualifications
  • Lean 6 Sigma, DIMAC, or similar certification
