• Bring this team together regularly via team meetings – set agenda and track actions
• Perform internal project planning, and support scrum-masters in tracking and reporting
• Represent the team with central project managers to provide updates, discuss RAIDs etc.
• Coordinate with Business Managers, PMO and other chiefs-of-staff on timesheet management (Navigator and Fieldglass), hiring tracking etc.
• Support me and the leads with resource and budget management
• Nice to have: if they have the talent and interest, in their spare time, support the team with business and data analysis
• Skills needed:
  • Must have performed technology project work in the past, either as a developer / business analyst; it cannot be a completely non-technical PM
  • Must be well versed with Microsoft Office tools – particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Project
  • Must have very good presentation skills (PPTs and verbal communication)
  • Any exposure to data analysis using any SQL
  • Exposure to public cloud such as AWS is a plus
  • Exposure to Financial Crime, particularly AML, is a plus
