Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Senior Developer with deep hands-on expertise in OmniStudio (Vlocity Managed Package Runtime) and enterprise-scale Salesforce multi-cloud implementations.
This role requires more than seniority in years — we are looking for a proven technical leader who has successfully delivered complex Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds, with strong architectural awareness, integration expertise, and exceptional collaboration skills.
The ideal candidate combines advanced OmniStudio development capabilities with real-world experience in Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and MuleSoft integrations, and thrives in large-scale enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • OmniStudio Development (Managed Package Runtime)
  • Design and develop advanced OmniScripts for complex guided user journeys.
  • Build scalable and reusable FlexCards (Vlocity Cards) for customer and agent-facing interfaces.
  • Develop and optimize DataRaptors (Extract, Load, Transform, Turbo).
  • Implement high-performance Integration Procedures with efficient orchestration patterns.
  • Apply Vlocity Templates to ensure UI/UX consistency and reusability.
  • Work within the managed package runtime, properly handling namespaced objects and components.
  • Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and maintainability of OmniStudio solutions.

Salesforce Multi-Cloud Delivery
  • Deliver scalable enterprise solutions across:
  • Sales Cloud – complex automation, data modeling, workflows, and business processes
  • Experience Cloud – customer portals, authenticated experiences, sharing models, and security architecture
  • Data Cloud – data unification, identity resolution, segmentation, and insights activation
  • Design and implement cross-cloud solutions that are performant, secure, and scalable.

Integration & Architecture
  • Implement integrations using MuleSoft (API-led connectivity, RAML, Experience/Process/System APIs).
  • Develop integrations using REST and SOAP APIs with external enterprise systems.
  • Support and implement OmniOut deployments across external websites and platforms.
  • Collaborate with solution architects to design scalable, extensible, component-based architectures.
  • Ensure integration best practices, error handling, monitoring, and performance optimization.

Enterprise Delivery & Collaboration
  • Lead technical design discussions and provide accurate development estimates.
  • Drive architectural and solution design decisions in collaboration with architects.
  • Mentor junior developers and enforce development best practices.
  • Partner with business analysts, QA, integration teams, product owners, and stakeholders.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Own end-to-end delivery: design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Core Salesforce & OmniStudio Expertise
  • Extensive hands-on experience with OmniStudio (Vlocity Managed Package Runtime).
  • Deep proficiency in:
  • OmniScripts

  • DataRaptors (Extract, Load, Transform, Turbo)
  • Integration Procedures
  • Vlocity Templates
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce and managed package data models.
  • Familiarity with Lightning Web Components (LWC) concepts within OmniStudio.

Multi-Cloud & Integration Expertise
Proven enterprise delivery experience across:
  • Sales Cloud
  • Experience Cloud
  • Data Cloud
  • MuleSoft
  • Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, JSON, REST/SOAP services.
  • Experience with API-led architecture patterns.

Platform & Development Knowledge
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration:
  • Objects and fields
  • Security models
  • Automation (Flows, validation rules, process automation)
  • Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and platform troubleshooting.
  • Experience with deployment tools and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with DevOps best practices in Salesforce environments.
